Founded in 2015, Vasari Properties is a full service real estate firm dealing with the sale and rental of your real estate assets.

Its mission :

• Assist, counsel and support clients in real estate projects (sale, lease) until the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the keys.
• Advise customers through personalised services: valuation of properties, publication, financing, legal aspects (sales agreements), subsidies, energy efficiency…

Gabrielle van der Straeten (Hambye)

Master in Art History and Archeology, I live in Luxembourg since 19 years.  All these years, I enjoyed welcoming newcomers in Luxembourg and advising them regarding the search, the purchase and the renovation of a property. Having successfully passed the certificate to become a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Developer and Property Administrator, I started as an independent real estate agent by creating Vasari Properties in early 2015. Since 2016, Vasari Properties is a S.àr.l. and continues the development of these activities. Carrying out your project by aesthetically enhancing Luxembourg’s real estate heritage will be my priority
